Village Centre Bylaw Given First Reading

On October 5, 2009, Council gave first reading to a draft bylaw to amend the village centre commercial provisions of the Official Community Plan. On October 26, 2009 Council referred the bylaw back to staff. Watch upcoming Council meeting agendas for this staff report.
